1. Beginner Library Staff Workshop - Infant through Toddler
American Sign Language (ASL) language training for librarians to be used with infants and toddlers. This 3-hour workshop teaches basic ASL words tailored for libraries to teach concepts (words) and the alphabet to young children through the use of age appropriate songs, games, stories and play activities. Over 125 signing words are covered. The workshop topical areas are as follows: Sign language information, common preschool signs, alphabet signs, animal signs, colors signs, numbers signs, manners signs, emotions signs, food signs, greetings signs, opposites signs, questions signs, shapes signs, textures signs, transportation signs, games and songs.

2. Intermediate Library Staff Workshop - Infant through Toddler
The 3-hour Intermediate Library Staff Workshop is a follow-up to the Beginner Library Workshop with additional songs, games, stories and activities. The workshop teaches signs for the following topics: senses, clothing, days of the week, directional/functional, months, community helper and common household words.

3. Beginner Library Staff Workshop - Preschool through Kindergarten
American Sign Language (ASL) language training for librarians to be used in the preschool and kindergarten classrooms. This 3-hour workshop learning speeds up concept and alphabet learning and enhances literacy in young children. Over 175 signing words are covered. The workshop teaches signs for the following topics: school (fine and performing arts, library, language arts, social studies, history, science and nature), emergency, sports and recreation, time and day, weather, senses, clothing, days of the week, directional/functional, months, community helper and common household words.

8. Advanced Library Staff Workshop - School Age Children
American Sign Language (ASL) language training for librarians to be used in the instruction of school age children. This 3-hour workshop teaches basic ASL words through the use of age appropriate songs, games, stories and play activities.
