The Hubler Group is founded by Michael Hubler, Ed.S. and Vice President of Time to Sign. Michael has over 30 years experience working in non-profit and government environments; developing programs, partnerships and running non-profit organizations as the Executive Director. He is also a talented instructor, former Graduate Teaching Fellow at Radford University, who pride’s himself on his ability to convey even the most complicated information in a manner that everyone can understand. Michael has completed his Educational Specialist degree and is currently working toward the completion of his Education Doctorate. He has also published 33 educational books as the product developer for Time to Sign, Inc.

For his outstanding service work and dedication to children he was named Brevard County, Florida’s 2013 Citizen of the Year and the 2011 Citizen of the Year by the Space Coast Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. Additionally, Michael received the Florida Governors Award for the 2005 Outstanding Minority Educational Institution, the Gifford Youth Education and Activity Center.

He has founded many non-profit initiatives that include: family engagements, recovery homes for drug and alcohol addicted parents, job clubs, food programs for hungry children, homeless children’s wrap around service programs, foster children’s programs, as well as educational and personal growth and development programs for at-risk youth. He is renown for building relationships and partnering with other non-profit organization, governmental agencies, and the private sector to establish country-wide initiatives to help children.
